This article covers the DataLink Schedule Job setup guide for the Oolio Order Manager Integration with Bepoz.Prerequisites
- Minimum Bepoz version of v4.7.2.8 and onwards
- For an Operator to be able to setup Oolio Order Manager Integration, the following Operator privileges must be enabled:

Venue Maintenance "Main" Tab (General Settings) - All “System Setup” Flags

Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab - System Setup: “Maintain Schedule Job” Flag
- System Setup: “Access Venue, Stores, Tills” Flag
Oolio Order Manager DataLink Schedule Job
- This DataLink scheduled job, once configured allows the SmartController to communicate with Oolio Order Manager; that, in turn, will send the current Product menu from Bepoz to Oolio Order Manager
- The operator can send the products which have the custom flag enabled to Oolio Order Manager
Job Setup Instructions
- To set up the BackOffice schedule job, log into BackOffice and complete the following steps:
- Navigate to System Setup and select Scheduled Jobs
- Select Add Job button and the Job Maintenance window will open
- There are a number of details that need to be input and they include
- Job Name: Give the job a relevant name
- Job Type: External DLL
- DLL Name: Joboolioordermanager.Dll
- Class Name: Oolio Order Manager Data Link Job
- Set any other required configurations such as "Run Missed Jobs", "Run as", etc.
- Configure any required schedule(s) (recommended to run at least once daily)
- Within the Job Options, select the flag to send the Menu
N.B. When setting up in a Multi Venue environment, ensure the Data Link job runs at the Head Office venue
Oolio Order Manager Data Link Settings
- Within the Settings
- API Url: This is the URL provided by Oolio Order Manager
- General:
- Venue: Select the venue from the dropdown list
- Location Id: This is the Location Id provided by Oolio Order Manager
- Menu Name: This is the Menu Name to be displayed
- Access Token: This is the Access Token to authorise requests. This is provided by Oolio Order Manager
- Ignore Stock Level: Note: This field has been updated from 4.7.4.0
ON: All flagged products will be sent to Oolio Order Manager as ‘available’.
OFF: The existing workflow is respected. Only the products with stock on hand are sent to Oolio Order Manager with a status of ‘available’, and all other products are sent as ‘unavailable’.
- Product Flag: Note: This field has been updated from 4.7.4.0
- This is the custom flag set on the product. The products with this custom flag are sent to Oolio Order Manager
When the 'All products' option is selected from the dropdown, Venues can bulk send all products to Oolio Order Manager.
- Product Text: This is used to set additional information, such as dietary information
- Available Options: vegetarian, vegan, spicy, gluten-free, contains-nuts, contains-dairy, contains-alcohol
- If multiple values are required, use a comma to separate each value
- Note: these values are case sensitive, and only the above options can be used
- Product PriceNo: Select the PriceNo from the dropdown list. The selected PriceNo will be chosen when a menu is sent to Oolio Order Manager
- Menu Categories: Select the product category to display on the menu
- Default Till Id: Enter the Default Till Id. This is used to get the workstation details
- Service Availability:
- This is the service availability of the partner
- The menu will be available as per the configured service availability
- Select the Day and Time (Start and End time) from the dropdown and click on 'Add' button to configure the service availability for the partner
- To delete the service availability, select the record to highlight and click on delete button
- Note: Two services cannot be created with the same day and time. The system does not allow service overlap with the other services
- Click ‘OK’ to save the settings and this will exit from the Oolio Order Manager Data Link Settings window
- Click on 'Ok' again on the Job Maintenance window to save the Oolio Order Manager Schedule Job settings
