This article explains how to use the Till Function Buttons in SmartPOS that are used as part of the integration with the Oolio Order Manager.Prerequisites
- Minimum Bepoz version of v4.7.2.8 and onwards
- To access Till Function Settings, the applicable Operator privileges will need to be enabled

Till Functions & Workflows
- After setup for the integration with Oolio Order Manager has been completed, there should be Till Function Buttons available in SmartPOS for retrieving Oolio Order Manager Orders and then handling them once they're active on the screen
- Regardless of what the button looks like, the process of using the button that's been configured to retrieve Oolio Order Manager Orders will remain the same
- As only the Pickup and Delivery orders are received to SmartPOS, these order details can be viewed at SmartPOS screen
- After clicking on the 'OOM Pickup' button, all the pickup orders received from Oolio Order Manager are displayed in a list similar to below:
- Since Oolio Order Manager orders are either set for Pickup or Delivery, when orders are retrieved in SmartPOS, you will be able to see the Order Type of either "Pickup" or "Delivery"
- The list of Oolio Order Manager orders shows columns as given below starting on the left:
- Type; either:
- Pickup
- Delivery
- Order Ref.
- This is the Oolio Order Manager reference id for each order
- This is a unique value for the orders received from Oolio Order Manager
- Name:
- This displays the name of the customer for each order received from Oolio Order Manager
- Phone:
- This displays the phone number of the customer for each order received from Oolio Order Manager
- Balance:
- This displays the order balance for the order received from Oolio Order Manager
- OrderTime
- This displays the order received date and time
- The format is, dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss
- DeliveryTime
- This displays the order delivery date and time
- The format is, dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss
- Status:
- The status of the orders received from Oolio Order Manager
