This is a summary page for the Oolio Order Manager Integration with Bepoz. This integration allows Bepoz to send the configured menu to Oolio Order Manager and display the received orders in SmartPOS. About

    • The Oolio Order Manager Integration syncs products between Bepoz and Oolio.
    • SmartPOS will retrieve all Pickup and Delivery orders from Oolio Order Manager allowing the user to close the transaction
    • Features that are specific to the Oolio Order Manager Integration include the following:
      • Send Menu - The products which have the custom flag enabled are sent to Oolio Order Manager as part of the menu update process
      • Order retrieval - All pickup/delivery orders received from Oolio Order Manager are in accepted status (if the auto-accept flag is enabled at Bepoz) or in pending status (is the auto-accept flag is disabled at Bepoz) and are prepaid 
      • Send order status - Bepoz sends the order status update to Oolio Order Manager. Updates are sent for the below order status:
        • Accepted
        • Rejected
        • Complete
    • Orders received are either set for Pickup or Delivery
      • When Orders are received in SmartPOS from Oolio Order Manager, Operators will be able to see the Order Type of either "Pickup" or "Delivery" and can then use the Till Function Buttons to handle each Order

      Prerequisites

      • Minimum Bepoz version of v4.7.2.8 and onwards
      • For an operator to be able to setup Oolio Order Manager Integration, the following privileges must be enabled:
        • Venue Maintenance "Main" Tab (General Settings)
          • All “System Setup” Flags
        • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
          • System Setup: “Maintain Venue, Stores, Tills” Flag
          • System Setup: “Access Venue, Stores, Tills” Flag
          • System Setup: “Maintain Schedule Job” Flag
          • System Setup: "Maintain Till Function Maps" flag

      Key Features

      BackOffice Setup

      • To implement the Oolio Order Manager Integration, a Till Extension Device, a Transaction Queue Device and two Scheduled Jobs need to be created and configured according to the details provided by Oolio Order Manager
      • The Scheduled Jobs, once configured, allow the SmartController to communicate with Oolio Order Manager to send menu data 
        • This ensures any changes to the Products will be sent to Oolio Order Manager
        • The data will be updated in near real-time so that Oolio Order Manager has accurate data
      • The Oolio Order Manager Integration Till Extension Device enables the SmartController to communicate with Oolio Order Manager to retrieve Orders in SmartPOS
        • The Till Extension links to a Table Group which is used to create the Transaction in Bepoz 
      • The Oolio Order Manager Transaction Queue Device should be configured to send order status updated from Bepoz to Oolio Order Manager
      • Till Function Buttons can be configured to retrieve orders from Oolio Order Manager
        • Separate Till Function Buttons for Pickup and Delivery order types need to be configured

      SmartPOS Functionality

      • Oolio Order Manager orders are either Pickup or Delivery - and when they are received at SmartPOS, you will be able to see the order type as "Pickup" or "Delivery"
      • Once the order is opened at SmartPOS, the operator can view the order details and save the pickup or delivery
        • The operator can select to print or not to print the receipt
