"_Standard" View
  • The Operator Clocking Report Standard View contains the following data columns by default:

 

Column Heading

Data Description

Clocking ID
  • This column displays the Clocking ID of the Operator
Operator Number
  • This column displays the Operator Number of the Operator
First Name
  • This column displays the First Name of the Operator
Last Name
  • This column displays the Last Name of the Operator
Date Time
  • This column displays the Date and Time of Clocking
Clocking Type
  • This column displays the Clocking Type the operator is associated with
Workstation
  • This column displays the Workstation or Till in which Clocking was done
Day
  • This column displays the Day in which Clocking was done
Actual Shift
  • This column displays the actual shift of the Operator
Actual Time
  • This column displays the actual time of the Operator
Edit Count
  • This column displays the Count Edit for the Clocking
Processed
  • This column displays whether the job is processed for payments or not
Exported
  • This column displays  whether the job is processed for payments or not
  • Double Clicking any line from the report opens up a window from where Operators can edit the Clocking details
