Prerequisites
  • To access and edit Operators, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled:
    • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • All "Operator" Flags

Configuration Options Explained

  • To enable or disable all of the flags within a section with one click, simply click on the flag next to the section heading; i.e., to enable all of the Promotions flags at once - enable the flag next to 'Promotions'

PROMOTIONS

Maintain Product Promotions
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have access to Add New Product Promotions and Edit Existing Product Promotions within their Allowed Venues in BackOffice
Maintain Prize Promotions
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have access to Add New Prize Promotions and Edit Existing Prize Promotions within their Allowed Venues in BackOffice
Maintain Voucher Setups
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have access to Add New Voucher Setups and Edit Existing Voucher Setups within their Allowed Venues in BackOffice
  • This flag also controls access to Define Voucher Sets

Issue/Edit  Vouchers

  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have the ability to Issue Vouchers to Accounts to Edit Issued Vouchers
Maintain Account Profiles
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have access to Add New Account Profiles and Edit Existing Account Profiles within their Allowed Venues in BackOffice
Create Product Labels
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have the ability to Create and Print Product Labels
View Product Promo Custom Info
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have access to Custom Info for Product Promotions
Edit Product Promo Custom Info
  • if this flag is enabled the Operator will be able to edit Custom Info for Product Promotions 
View Prize Promo Custom Info
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have access to Custom Info for Prize Promotions
Edit Prize Promo Custom Info
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will be able to edit Custom Info for Prize Promotions
View Voucher Custom Info
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have access to Custom Info for Vouchers
Edit Voucher Custom Info 
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will be able to edit Custom Info for Vouchers 
Allow Reset Promo Total
  • if this flag is enabled, the Operator will be able to reset the total of Promotions 
MESSAGING Send Contact List Message
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have access to send Messages to Contact Lists from BackOffice and from SmartPOS Workstations
Send SMS Message
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have access to send SMS to Accounts from BackOffice and from SmartPOS Workstations
Send Email Message
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have access to send Emails to Accounts from BackOffice and from SmartPOS Workstations
Create Mailing Address Labels
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have the ability to Create and Print Accounts' Mailing Address Labels in BackOffice

Raffle Start & Stop
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have capabilities to Start, Stop, and Extend Raffles via SmartPOS
Raffle View
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have access to View the Raffle List and to View Individual Raffle details from a SmartPOS Workstation
Maintain Raffles
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have access to Maintain Raffles via SmartPOS
Create/Delete Raffles And Draws
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have the ability to Create and Delete Raffle Setup and Member Draw Setups in BackOffice
Edit Raffles And Draws
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have the ability to Edit Raffle Setups and Member Draw Setups in BackOffice
Allow Raffle & Draws Reports
  • If this flag is enabled, the Operator will have access to the following BackOffice Raffles Report
    • Raffle Report
    • Raffle Tickets Sold
    • Raffle Drawn Report
    • Member Draw Report
