Workflows

A common workflow that will benefit from the packing slip feature is in retail settings, such as bottle shops. In instances where a customer orders a large quantity of products for future delivery, the packing slip serves as a crucial tool to verify that all purchased items are included in the shipment

 Account Summary Window

The user can access  packing slip printing from the Account Summary Window.

This feature is designed to work in a retail environment, so It's worth mentioning that any saved table transactions listed in the account summary will only  print the products contained within that specific transaction, not the entire table.

Account Maintenance Window

The user can also print packing slips directly from the Account Maintenance window, within the Aged Debtors tab.

Multi select is available by utilizing the CTRL key when selecting transactions from the list.

Due to the nature of the aged debtor tab, only account payments and account charges are listed here. Meaning any transaction that is finalised through cash or EFTPOS will not be available through this workflow.
