      1 | Pocket Voucher Interface BackOffice Configuration

      The Pocket Voucher interface features an External Payment Device that allows for redeeming vouchers from an external provider like Centrapay.com.

      The Pocket Voucher interface features an External Payment Device that allows for redeeming vouchers from an external provider like Centrapay.com.

      Till Functions and Till Function Maps, Setup Prerequisites 
      • To access Till Function Settings, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled
        • System Setup: "Maintain Venue, Stores & Tills" Flag
        • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • To access and use this Till Function within SmartPOS, the following Operator Privileges will need to be enabled
        • General: "Operate Tills" Flag
        • Operator Maintenance 'Till Privileges' Tab
      Initial Setup 
      • Within Backoffice navigate to System Setup -> Venue Stores and Tills
        • Select the Workstation/Till you would like to use Pocket Voucher Payments
        • Right Click on the Workstation and select 'Add Device' - Select a Blank Device 
        • Navigate 'Device Type' - select 'External Payment Link'
        • Class Name - Pocket Voucher

       

      Terminal ID:  Provided by CentraPay
      Merchant ID: Provided by CentraPay
      UserName: As per User Registration at CentraPay
      Password: As Per User Registration at CentraPay
      Payment Number: External Payments 1 or 2
       

       

      External Payments

      • Within Backoffice navigate to System Setup -> External Payments
        • Select the Venue you would like the Pocket Voucher External Payment to be named at. 
        • Select External Payment 1 or 2
        • Edit Name - Pocket Voucher

       

       
      SmartPOS Usage Guide
      • Since the Device Function acts as an External Payment SmartPOS functionality is pretty straight forward. 
        • The Pocket Voucher will automatically be included in the Payments Panel 
        • Additionally, you can add a Function button to an individual function button too. 

      Operation at SmartPOS

      • Sell products 
      • Select the function button or Payments Panel and select 'Charge to Pocket Voucher'
      • It will ask to Enter in a value for the voucher 
      • Then ask to enter in the voucher Number/ID
