Overview
Problem / Symptoms:
The venue has been configured to use points, but when the operator, tries to redeem points at SmartPOS, the operator is present with a warning message
"There is no points value set for this system. Please contact your system administrator"

Diagnosis:
Points redemption system setup has not been fully configured.
There are four areas within Bepoz that specify point redemption values.

Resolution:
The primary reason for the SmartPOS warning about Point Redemption not being allowed is normally due to the Store Settings not containing a redemption value for Points Redeem Percent
This should be changed to 100% (Default).
Set this to 50% to only require 50% of the normal points to redeem at tills within this Store. Set 200% to require double the normal points etc.
