      2 | Price Copy Settings

      This article explains the 'Price Copy' function in the Product Group Maintenance. The Price Copy setting allows operators to copy the Product Prices of one Store to other Stores. This function allows copying head office prices to all the associated stores in a bulk without having to go through each Product/Product Group manually.

      Prerequisites
      • For an operator to be able to access the Price copy feature, following operator privileges are required to be enabled
        • Operator Maintenance 'Maintenance' Tab
          • Relevant 'Products' Flags
      Price Copy Step-by-step Guide
      • Login to BackOffice, Go to Maintenance
      • Select Products Tab and right click on any product group from the list
      • This will allow operators to choose from a list of options

      • Select 'Price Copy' from the list

       

       

      Flags/ Fields

      Description
      From Store
      • Select the store from which the prices are being copied
      To Venue
      • Select Venue(s) in which the prices are being copied to
      To Store
      • Select Store(s)in which the prices are being copied to
      From Price Number
      • Select the Price Number from which the prices are being copied
      To Price Number
      • Select the Price Number in which the prices are being copied

      All Sizes
      • If this flag is ON, all sizes will be used to copy price
      From Size
      • This drop-down allows selecting a size from which price will be copied
      To Size
      • This drop-down allows selecting a size to which price will be copied
      Use 'From Store' Price Modes
      • This flag offers the ability to Copy each Product Size's Price Mode from the Source Store alleviating the need to set Price Modes in the To Store per ProdSize
      • Enabling this flag will grey-out the PriceMode combo-box since these will now be copied over as per the From Store's Price Mode settings
      Create Product Store if Destination does not exist
      • This flag will create a Product Store even if there is no destination setup
      Create Product Store even if Source does not exist
      • This flag will create a Product Store even if there is no Source setup
      Price Mode
      • This will select the Price mode for Copied Price
      Prod Profile
      • This will select the Product Profile for the Copied Price
      Percentage
      • This will set the percentage of price to copy
      Round To
      • This will set the rounding figure for the price
      Add Amount
      • This will add certain $ amount to existing price
      Round Type
      • This will set the round type
