Prerequisites
  • Following operator privilege need to be enables to access Pricing Schedule
    • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • Operational Setup 'Maintain Pricing Schedule' Flag

Step-by-Step Guide
  1. After logging into backoffice, go to Operational Setup
  2. Select the 'Pricing Schedule' option which will open a new window for Scheduled Pricings
  3. Click on the 'Add Scheduled Pricing' option which will open a pop-up to configure Pricing Schedule

 

Flags/Field

Description

Venue
  • Sets the venue where the schedule will be implemented
Store
  • Sets the store where the schedule will be implemented
Date Time
  • Sets the date and time for schedule
Reset to Default
  • Resets settings to default
Pricing Schedule Type
  • Sets the type of schedule i.e. Service Charge or Price Number
  • If Service Charge is selected, the following field will change to Service Charge %
  • If Price Number is selected, the following field will chage to Price Number
Service Charge %
  • Sets percent for service charge in the allocated Venue or Store
Price Number
  • Sets the Price Number that will be implemented in the allocated Venue or Store
