New Print Consolidation settings allows you to customise how Products and Condiments are consolidated on Receipts and Order dockets. The single consolidation setting from earlier versions (pre 4.7.2.1) has been split into 3 separate settings.

New Print Consolidation settings allows you to customise how Products and Condiments are consolidated on Receipts and Order dockets.

The single consolidation setting from earlier versions (pre 4.7.2.1) has been split into 3 separate settings. Base Item Consolidation, Condiment Consolidation, and Merge Matching Seats. 

Prerequisites

• Minimum Bepoz version of 4.7.2.1 and onwards
• Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
• Operational Setup: "Maintain Printer Formats" Flag 

Print Consolidation Changes

• Print Consolidation settings allow you to customise how Products and Condiments are consolidated on Receipts and Order dockets
• The single consolidation setting from earlier versions (pre-4.7.2.1) has been split into 3 separate settings: Base Item Consolidation, Condiment Consolidation, and Merge Seats

Base Item Consolidation Settings

1. No Consolidation
• There is no consolidation at Base Item/Product level
  
  
  
2. Matching Condiments
• Consolidation occurs for all Base Items/Products that have the same Condiments
• The Condiments and the quantity of Condiments must match for the Products to consolidate
• The order of the Condiments doesn't need to match for the Products to consolidate
  
  
  
3. Differing Condiments
• Consolidation occurs for all Base Items/Products, regardless of the attached condiments
• The differing Condiments will still be listed separately with a line separator in between
  
  
  
4. Full Consolidation
• Consolidation occurs for all Base Items/Products, regardless of the attached condiments
• All the individual Condiments will be consolidated into one line each with a sum of the quantities
  
  
  

Condiment Consolidation Settings

1. None
• The condiments are printed as entered
  
  
  
2. Within Base Item
• This consolidates all condiments within their base Items/Products
• The condiments for the individual orders will be listed separately with a line separator in between
  
  
  
3. Within Consolidated Base Item
• This consolidates all condiments within their base Items/Products, and each set of identical Condiments is consolidated together
  
  
  

Merge Seats

1. Enabled
• Consolidates all Base Items including those on different Seat Numbers
  
  
2. Disabled
   
• Do not consolidate Base Items with different Seat Numbers
