11 | Product List Sales Promotion

This article covers the 'Product List Sales' Promotion Type and the Qualifying Criteria. As was noted in the Introduction to Prize Promotions article, the Promotion Type drop-down lists several options that can be chosen when configuring a Prize Promotion and each Promotion Type has different Qualifying Criteria that must be met in order for the Prize to be Awarded. The configuration options in the Qualifying Criteria section will change dynamically when a Promotion Type is selected.

As was noted in the Introduction to Prize Promotions article, the Promotion Type drop-down lists several options that can be chosen when configuring a Prize Promotion and each Promotion Type has different Qualifying Criteria that must be met in order for the Prize to be Awarded.

The configuration options in the Qualifying Criteria section will change dynamically when a Promotion Type is selected.

Prerequisites 

  • To access Prize Promotion Features, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled: 
    • Operator Maintenance 'Marketing & Promotions' Tab
      • Promotions: "Maintain Prize Promotions" Flag
    • Operator Maintenance 'Till Privileges' Tab
      • General: "Operate Tills" Flag

"Product List Sales" Promotion Type

  • This Promotion Type can be used for both Account and Non-Account Sales
  • Depending on configuration options, this will Award a Prize based on Nett Sales of Products belonging to a particular Product Keylist
