      This lesson covers the four Global Flags that allows companies to setup and control level of data access among multiple venues

      Overview

      • Four new Global Flags replace AccLink

      • If these flags are set as False, Bepoz will work as the current architecture allows without AccLink been run

      • These Flags allow an organisation to control what level of data is live across a Multi-Venue

      Real Time Multi Venue Data

      • Accounts Get From HO

        • Request Accounts from Head Office at a remote venue POS, if the Head Office is not connected the local account will be used but Charges and Points redeeming is unavailable

      • Account List Get From HO

        • Request Account Group Lists from Head Office at remote venues POS (you may have this OFF to save bandwidth). If OFF or Head Office is not connected, the local Account Groups will be used

      • Vouchers Get From HO

        • Require that all Vouchers be retrieved from Head Office. If Head Office is not connected Vouchers cannot be used at the remote venues

      • Stock Documents Get From HO

        • This is Stock on Hand from the Remote POS and also P.O's and Transfers received at the Remote POS

        • If the Head Office is not connected, the local Stock On Hand will be used, but P.O's and Transfers are unavailable
