Responding to a Message

- If the sender has requested a "Yes" or "No" Response, the Operator will need to tap either Respond NO or Respond YES
- After selecting a Response, a prompt will appear for the Operator to confirm sending a Message; a second prompt will then appear to confirm that the Message has been sent
- If the sender has requested a text Response, an Enter Response button will be available for the Operator to tap; this will open an alphanumeric keyboard allowing the Operator to Respond to the Sender's Message
-
- After entering a Response and tapping OK, a prompt will appear for the Operator to confirm sending a Message; a second prompt will then appear to confirm that the Message has been sent
- If the sender has not requested a Response, the Operator can still choose to send a Reply, in which case a window will open with an alphanumeric keyboard allowing the Operator to Respond to the Sender's Message
