The "Redeem Points for CashValue" Sub-Function allows members to redeem a specific amount of points for cash value towards the current transaction. Members can then pay off the remaining balance through another payment method.

Prerequisites 

• To access Till Function Settings, the applicable Operator Privileges   will need to be enabled 
• Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
  
• System Setup: "Maintain Till Function Maps" Flag

Initial Set-Up

• Click on the desired Button space and then configure the Button Settings:
• In the Button Text field enter the text that will display on the Till Function Button on SmartPOS Workstation screens
  
• Set the Function drop-down to 'Tables & Accounts'
  
• Set the Sub-Function to 'Redeem Points for CashValue'

Function-Specific Configuration Options

• Enter a corresponding number into the Item field where:
• "1" will not allow the Operator to perform a Cash Payout
• "2" will not allow the Operator to perform a Cash Payout and Link Order Discount
• Enter a corresponding number into the Key field to configure the Discount Totaliser
