Overview
Summary
You may have a situation where you need to filter on more than one criteria on a column. For example, you would need to look at sales from two products not belonging to the same product group or two accounts not in the same group. To do this you need to do a custom filter.
Example scenario:
For example, I would like to see my sales for Corona and Patron Silver on the Product Summaries. Corona is on Packaged Beer and Patron Silver is in Tequilla
Prerequisites
Click on the drop down on your selected column and select Custom. The custom filter window will appear.
Select Equals on the first box and select Corona on the second box.
Click on Add
Repeat the process and select Patron Silver on the second box. You can type in the name to make the search faster.
Changed the “Filter based on” flag from All to Any. If you select All, you won't get any results.
Your report would look as demoed below:
To edit your custom filter, just select custom again and you should be able to make your changes. You can try different combinations of filtering as needed.
