Sales Report Creator, appears frozen if the Account Profile or Product Profile have been accidently selected

Overview

Problem:

When viewing the Sales Report Creator report, if the operator selects the Account Profile or Product Profile dropdown box, without making a selection, this will give the operator the sense that the report form has frozen, as the operator cannot make any other selections within the form like options or adding a product group or even click the refresh button on the Form, this is the case until the Account Profile or Product Profile has been given a selection other than (Ignore)

The issue is that the Account Profile or Product Profile is defaulting to (Ignore) but when you select the Dropdown list it is assuming that your trying to make a choice other than (Ignore), so will lock the view until the operator has made a selection other than (Ignore)

 

 

Solution:

The workflow can be resolved without having to exit out of the Sale Report Creator Form completely, the operator simply needs to make a selection within either the Product Profile or Account Profile and then select (Ignore) again, this will then allow the operator to make adjustments on the Sales Report Creator form again with having to exit out of the entire form.
