This job allows Operators to generate statements on a scheduled basis and email them to Members. The statement will include all the Membership related charges made or being made to the Account. Moreover, this Scheduled Job allows Operators to select the period, add CC'd Account/s, and more.

Prerequisites

To access the Scheduled Jobs settings, the following operator privileges are required to be enabled

Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab

System Setup > Maintain Scheduled Jobs Flag

Job Set-Up Guide

After Logging into Backoffice; go to System Setup> Scheduled Jobs
Click on the 'Add New Job' option which will open the Job Maintenance window
Set the DLL Name as 'Jobstd.Dll' and Class Name as 'Generate Statements'

Job Options

Flags/Fields	Description
Print Statements	This Flag will Print all the Statements on a Scheduled Basis while emailing them
Email Statements	This flag will only email the statements
Include Inactive Accounts	This flag allows operators to include all the inactive accounts in the account group while sending email
Message Format	This allows operators to set a format for email This drop-down box consists of a list of Saved Message Format which can be accessed and edited via Messaging> Saved Messages
Account Profile	This drop-down allows operators to select an Account Profile to send the email to
Account Group	This drop-down allows operators to select a group of accounts to email
Bcc'd Contact List	This drop-down consists of a list of Operator Contact List to whom the emails will be CC'd
Contact List to send Fail Report	This drop-down consists of a list of Operator Contact List to whom the failed report notification will be sent
Report Message Format	This will allow operators to select a report message format from a list of saved formats
Statement Period	This will allow operators to select a period for the statement
