1 | Setting Up YourOrder for Oolio Payments

This document details the way to set up Oolio Payments to work with the Your Order platform. This document details the way to set up Oolio Payments to work with the Your Order platform.

Procedure

The whole process will take 15 minutes to setup and 5 minutes to provide details to Oolio KYC team.

1. The salesperson sends the Oolio merchant account to the KYC team (kyc@oolio.com) after the contract is signed. It must be specified if the account is for YourOrder Ecomm (normal YourOrder) and/or YourOrder Kiosk.

2. The YourOrder Dev Team needs to create new instance through a ConnectWise Project ticket workplan.

3. The Oolio KYC team will then email/message the YourOrder installer and/or Implementation manager to request two URLs needed for the setup.

Venue Front End URL including “https” e.g., https://xxxxx.yourorder.io
LIVE Webhook Ecom and/or Kiosk URL (Depending on whether the account is signed up for both features or not).

These URLs can be found in the YO Back panel.

Go to Settings > Payment Gateway > Oolio Payment. Check the Production Settings tab under Online Payment (ECOMM) or Kiosk depending on what the customer signed up for. (Refer to the image below)

NOTE: For Ecomm, there is only ONE Webhook URL; for kiosk, there are THREE webhook URLs to provide to the Oolio KYC Team.

4. The KYC team will use these URLs to create the Merchant account and keys, and they will setup Apple and Google Pay as well. These details will be then added into LastPass.

The Oolio Payment KYC team will provide the following information in LastPass by Venue:

LIVE API Key
LIVE Client Key
LIVE Merchant Account Name
