(1) Metrics – This section displays order metrics such as total number of orders and total amount generated, as well as average preparation time and minutes spent preparing the last 10 orders. (2) Logout – Tap here to logout from the app.




(1) Metrics – This section displays order metrics such as total number of orders and total amount generated, as well as average preparation time and minutes spent preparing the last 10 orders. 
(2) Logout – Tap here to logout from the app. You will be returned to the Sign In screen. 
(3) Back Panel – Tap on this button to access YourOrder back panel inside the app. 
(4) Orders Board – Tap here to return to the Orders Board. 
(5) Order Search – Use this section to search for orders. You can search past orders as well as future orders. 


 

(6) Notifications – Settings related to automatic notifications sent to customers by SMS (or email if necessary). Tap the toggles to enable/disable notifications based on the order’s service type (Pickup, Delivery and Dine In) once the orders move columns on the Orders Board. If enabled toggle will display blue. If disabled toggle will display grey. 

The following options are available: 
a. Order Acceptance – If enabled the customer will be notified that the order is being prepared. 

b. Ready for Collection – If enabled the customer will be notified that the order is en route for delivery/ready for collection or pickup. 

c. Feedback – If enabled then 20 minutes after order was marked complete on the Orders Board the customer will receive a notification. This message will contain a hyperlink which when pressed/clicked opens up a feedback form in an Internet browser to submit a review of their order.

PLEASE NOTE: Feedback functionality will be added in a future version





Auto Mode – Settings to make orders marked ‘Ready to Collect’ automatically progress to completed on the Orders Board or prompt the user to initiate it. Tap the toggles to enable/disable the automation and/or user confirmation from displaying. The following options are available: 

a. Auto Collection – If enabled then 1 minute after the order is ready it will be marked as Delivered/Collected. 

b. Order Collect Confirmation – If enabled confirmation window will display as a final check when order is moved from the ‘En Route/Ready to Collect’ column to the ‘Delivered/Collected’ column. 




c. Order Toggle – Settings to enable management to enable/disable the entire platform or its service types. 

d. Allow Orders – if disabled no orders will be accepted by the YourOrder platform. 

e. Delivery – if disabled the order delivery option will not be available for customers. 

f. Dine In – if disabled the order dine in option will not be available for customers. 

g. Pickup at the Counter – if disabled the order pickup at the counter option will not be available for customers. 

h. Pickup by Car – if disabled the order pickup by car (or drive through) option will not be available for customers.
