Tier Fields

1. Inactive this tier

Use this checkbox to inactivate a tier.

When a tier is inactive, existing members will continue to be able to use the app.

When turning a tier off, the admin user needs to review the tier mappings and make sure the tier is not being used.

When a tier is turned off, if a user that belongs to that tier joins via account match, the account will remain pending, so the administrator should make sure that all groups that have existing accounts in Bepoz exist and are active in MyPlace.

2. Name

This is the name of the tier as it will display in the app.

3. Allowed Venues

A tier can be used to filter the venues to which a user has access. The options will include "all locations" and location tags.

If the app is using QR Code for Yourorder Ordering, ensure that the option that is set here contains the venue.

If "all venues" is selected then the user will not need to check, but if a specific tag is the selected option then users can go open the Locations label in the settings page and click Location Tags. Click the tag that was selected for Allowed Venues and search the list for the location for Qr Code Ordering. If it is not on the list then add it.

If this is not set up correctly, members may not automatically be signed into an account within YourOrder when QRCode is scanned.

4. Member Image Wallet

Add an image that will display when user applies their member card to a mobile wallet.

5. Use Template Accounts or Use Pre-created accounts

This flag determines how accounts are created in Bepoz.

Use Template Accounts:

This option will create a new account in Bepoz based on the template number, "to" and "from" fields.

  • 6. Template Acc. Number
    • Enter the account number for the template account related to this account group.
    • *Template number/card number should be within the “From” and “To” values.
  • 7. From
    • Enter the minimum card number allowed for this tier.
    • Needs to have the same number of digits as To field
    • E.g. if the To field has 5 digits, the number 1 will need to be input like so 00001
  • 8. To
    • Enter the maximum card number allowed for this tier.
    • Needs to have the same number of digits as From field
    • E.g. if the From field has 5 digits, the number 9 will need to be input like so 00009

Use Pre-created accounts:

This option will not create a new account in Bepoz but use an existing account, based on a custom flag. (Field 11)

When a member joins this tier, MyPlace will search Bepoz for existing accounts within that account group that have the custom flag true.

6. Group ID

Select which Bepoz account group this tier relates to. This will drive in which Bepoz account group new accounts should be created.

  • Manual Entry: Used for legacy apps. It allowed members to be manually created from the members page of the back panel.
  • Force Card Range: When this flag is ON, accounts that belong to this group and don’t have a card number within the “From” and “To”, will have the card number updated.
    • NOTE: The "To" and "From" should be 8+ digits, if it is 4-7 digits the card/account number will keep changing from every account edit in app.
  • Add to Tiers List: When “Tiers” is added to the signup fields, this flag determines which tiers a new member can select during signup.
  • Use App Member Details: When this flag is ON, changes made to the Bepoz account will not override the member details in the app.
  • Require member photo: When this flag is ON, all members under this tier must have a member photo uploaded.
  • Single photo upload: When this flag is ON, the member can upload an initial photo, but will not be able to update the photo, unless, allowed through the member page of the back panel.
  • Mobile Verification on Signup: When the flag is ON, app users will be prompted to verify their mobile number upon signup and mobile number updates. They will receive an SMS code to their mobile, which will need to be typed into the mobile verification popup to complete the process
