      With SmartPOS mobile, users can effortlessly conduct everyday transactions, including table transactions, loyalty program management, point redemption, discount application, service charge calculations, handling fees, and diverse payment options.

      SmartPOS Mobile Minimum Requirements

      .NET 4.8Microsoft Windows 10 (recommended) If more than 4 devices, then should have its own serverMemory usage ~200mb per instance of API

      SmartPOS Mobile Recommendations

      Latency shouldn't be higher than 50ms so that SmartPOS Mobile performance is not negatively affected

      BackOffice Setup

      • Configure a new SmartPOS Mobile workstation, quickly and easily within the Venue, Stores & Till section of Backoffice

      • Utilise our new workstation flag - SmartPOS Mobile API- which enables use of our SmartAPI to connect your mobile terminals

      • Till Function Map must be specifically configured to run SmartPOS Mobile, as different function panels will map to specific tabs within the SmartPOS Mobile application

      SmartPOS Mobile Functionality Supported

      • Transaction types:

        • Retail

        • Dine In

        • Bistro

        • Bar Tabs

      • Itemised split table transactions

      • Attach accounts to earn and redeem loyalty points

      • Finalise transactions through all payment types that are currently supported by SmartPOS

      • Utilise discounts, service charges and surcharges to address all service requirements

      • Ability to hold and recall sales along with reprinting transactions

      • Reservation Management Systems

      • Till Extension Devices

      • Ability to Clear Payment Lines

      • Refund and Resell within Transaction List 

      • Pay@Table mode for Table Splits
