Some SMSs are sent to the customers during the journey. This service is integrated with BurstSMS, and here is where the Back-Panel user enters the BurstSMS account keys for tests and for the live environment. - An SMS is sent when the customer verifies their mobile number (mandatory for cash on delivery orders). The YourOrder customer receives a verification code that needs to be entered in the customer’s profile page in YourOrder.
Some SMSs are sent to the customers during the journey. This service is integrated with BurstSMS, and here is where the Back-Panel user enters the BurstSMS account keys for tests and for the live environment.
- An SMS is sent when the customer verifies their mobile number (mandatory for cash on delivery orders). The YourOrder customer receives a verification code that needs to be entered in the customer’s profile page in YourOrder. The customer won’t be able to pay with cash without the mobile number’s validation.
- An SMS is sent when the customer places an order. A confirmation SMS is sent with the order details and PDF receipt.
- An SMS is sent when the customer schedules an order. A confirmation SMS is sent at the moment they place the order, and another SMS is sent in the day the order was scheduled to as a reminder.
These are the required fields:

Stop sending any SMS’s between 9 pm and 9 am |
ON: No SMS notification in regards to Order will be sent to customers during this time period.
OFF: Customers will receive SMS.

Enable Short link | The customer receives the PDF receipt as a link in the SMS. When set as ON: Short link will be sent. OFF: Customer will receive a full link. |
