This brief article explains the default Till Function Panels called 'pnlSplitFunctions' and 'pnlSplitTable' which show by default when Split Tables are in use and when an individual Split is opened, respectively.

This brief article explains the default Till Function Panels called 'pnlSplitFunctions' and 'pnlSplitTable' which show by default when Split Tables are in use and when an individual Split is opened, respectively.

Prerequisites

• These Till Function Panels are available as of Bepoz version 4.6
• To access Till Function Maps, an Operator will need the follow Operator Privilege enabled
• Operator Maintenance -> General -> 'Maintain Till Function Maps' flag turned ON

Till Function Panels

Default pnlSplitFunctions

• Functions that are included in this Panel include: 
1. Tender & Payment > Split Xfer Seat 
2. Tender & Payment > Split Xfer Specified Qty 
3. Tender & Payment > Split Xfer Share 
4. Tender & Payment > Split Change Split Count 
5. Tables & Accounts > Table Transfer 
6. Tables & Accounts > Account Select 
7. Print > Print Receipt 
8. Tender & Payment > Split Close Screen 
9. Tender & Payment > Display Payment Screen 
10. Tender & Payment > Display Payment Screen 
11. Discount > Order Discount Amount > 2 
12. Discount > Order Percent Discount > 1 
13. Discount > Redeem Voucher 
14. Discount > Item Free > 2 
15. Print > Print Highlighted Split 
16. Tender & Payment > Save Table/Charge Account

• This Panel will be displayed only when tables have been configured with Split Guests 
• Can be accessed through a number of ways on SmartPOS
• Opening Tables: If the Ask # Guests and Ask Splits as Guests flags are enabled for that table group, the Split Table menu and pnlSplitFunctions will be displayed subsequently to the confirmation of the table being set with Split Guests
• Table Map: By clicking on a table that is configured with Split Guests, the Split Table menu and pnlSplitFunctions will be displayed 
• Table List: the Same concept with Table Map, if the table is configured with Split Guests, the Split Bill Screen and pnlSplitFunctions will be displayed 
• Split Bill Screen Function: If a table has not been configured as Splits, the Split-Bill Screen Function will change that table as a Split Guests table
• After these changes have been applied, the user will be then presented with the Split Bill Screen and pnlSplitFunctions

• Panel Selection > Table 2 
• Stock and Product > Stock & Product Menu 
• Panel Selection > Pricing Panel 
• Panel Selection > Extra 1
• Tables & Accounts > Set Seat 
• Stock & Product > Change Product Sort 
• PLU Sales > Text Condiment 
• Tables & Accounts > Table Limit 
• Panel Selection > Account 2 
• Tables & Accounts > Return to Split Screen  

• The purpose is to direct the user back to the Split Bill Screen
• Functions that are included are available for enhancing Split Table Processes
• This Panel can only be accessed in the Split Bill Screen and then clicking on an Individual Split
