Squawkbox Setup

1. Create a new folder called 

Squawkbox in C:\\Bepoz

1. Create another new folder called 

Archive in C:\\Bepoz\\Squawkbox

1. Copy the file “renamesqwk.bat” to C:\\Bepoz (file in S:\\Interfaces\\Squawkbox)

1. Edit the bat file and change 

NAME to the name of the client only. No other changes should be made.

  ​​​​​​​5.   Create a Scheduled Job. Settings Exactly as below. Save the Job

1. Create another Scheduled Job. Settings as below, except the Details sent through in the email from Squawkbox. I.e. Login Name, Password and Base Address. Save the Job.

1. Create another Scheduled Job. Settings as Below. However, the Account group needs to be changed to what Members Squawkbox require.

​​​​​​​8.   Create a new View in Maintenance>Account, called Squawkbox. Add the fields as below.
