2 | Staff Configurations

This article will outline how to add/edit staff members and the set up of staff configurations Staff Configurations  To add a new staff account, click the   icon on the right.

This article will outline how to add/edit staff members and the set up of staff configurations

 

Staff Configurations 
  • To add a new staff account, click the  icon on the right. This will open staff configurations with empty fields
  • To modify an existing staff, click the  icon in the Options column and the staff configurations will open with current information

 

 

Configuration Description
Email*
  • Input the desired email for staff to login to the backpanel
  • A required field
Password
  • Input a login password for staff account
First Name*
  • Input the staff member's first name into the field
  • A required field
Last Name*
  • Input the staff member's last name into the field
  • A required field
Mobile*
  • Staff member's phone number
  • A required field
DOB
  • Input manually in the format DD/MM/YYYY or click the icon to the right of the field which will open a calendar to choose the date

 

Active
  • By default, it will be ticked and the account will be active when saved
  • ON(Tick): Account status will be active and can log in to backpanel
  • OFF(Untick): Account status is inactive and does not have access to backpanel
Role
  • A role that is assigned to the account to limit the accessibility to backpanel functionality

  • After finalising the configurations click SAVE & EXIT to apply them
