Bepoz has integrated with Stripe to facilitate its Scheduled Billing function for Membership Renewals.

Prerequisites
  • To manage and access Devices, the following Operator Privileges will need to be enabled:
    • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
      • System Setup: "Access Venue, Stores & Tills" Flag
      • System Setup: "Maintain Venue, Stores & Tills" Flag
  • A business account has to be created in Stripe to obtain keys that can be used in the Device Settings

Device Settings
  • After logging into BackOffice, go to System Setup > Venue, Stores & Tills
  • Select the desired Workstation to add the Device to
  • Click on the 'Add New Device' button at the header and create a Blank Device
  • Set the device configurations as follows:

 
Fields/ Flags Description
Device Name
  • This is the name of the device
Device Type
  • Set it as Eftpos
External DLL Name
  • Set it as 'Eftposstripe.Dll' for Stripe
Class Name
  • Set it as 'Stripe'
Debug Mode
  • This will save all the data in the local file
Email Receipts
  • This will prompt Stripe to email receipts to customers every time a transaction has been made
Public Key
  • This is obtained after a Stripe account has been created
Private Key
  • This is obtained after a Stripe account has been created

 

  • Once completed, go to Venue Settings to setup Stripe as a Scheduled Billing Device in Backoffice
