4 | Supplier Send Mode

This article covers the “Send Mode” configuration option within Supplier Maintenance. The Supplier Send Mode drop-down allows for a default option to be selected which will determine the Email Address/es that will be used when sending Supplier Communications from Bepoz. This enables an Organisation to send Supplier Communications to multiple email addresses at the same time which is often necessary to send POs to multiple Supplier Reps or contacts.

The Supplier Send Mode drop-down allows for a default option to be selected which will determine the Email Address/es that will be used when sending Supplier Communications from Bepoz.

This enables an Organisation to send Supplier Communications to multiple email addresses at the same time which is often necessary to send POs to multiple Supplier Reps or contacts.

Send Mode Options

  • Send Mode options include the following:
    • Default Email1
    • Default Email1 & Email2
    • Venue External Contact List (only in Multi-Venues)
    • External Contact List
  • By selecting one of these options, you are determining which saved Email/s will be used for sending Purchase Orders and other Email Messages to this Supplier

        


Default Email1

  • When using this Send Mode, Email Messages will be sent to the Email Address that is saved as the Supplier’s “Email1”
  • An important feature of using this option is that the Email Address can be editing on the fly when sending Purchase Orders:

        


Default Email1 & Email2

  • When using this Send Mode, Email Messages will be sent to both of the Email Addresses that are saved as the Supplier’s “Email1” and “Email2”
  • Upon posting a Purchase Order for the Supplier, you’ll be asked if you would like to send the Email to both:

        


Venue External Contact List

  • This option is only available within Multi-Venue organisations
