Prerequisite

• To access the "Survey" setup:

• Report Role Privileges will need to be enabled
• Roles "Role Maintenance" Panel
• Privilege Flags: "Report"

• Survey will need to be active
• Feature Control "Side Nav" tab
• "Show Hidden?" Flag
• Survey: ON (Blue)

• This page will generate several reports based on the customer's answers to the survey
• At the top, there will be overall information on the survey and a pie chart outlining the % of selected answers between all questions

• Below the overall information will be separate reports on each question
• Each question will have the Question and answers and how many of each answer was selected on the left-hand side
• A pie chart is also displayed to show a visual representation of the report
