      12 | Table Item Details

      This brief article covers the process of using the "Table Item Details" function in SmartPOS which can be used to view the details of the currently active Table. This function will open a window containing all of the products sold to the table along with their specific date and time.

      This brief article covers the process of using the "Table Item Details" function in SmartPOS which can be used to view the details of the currently active Table.

      This function will open a window containing all of the products sold to the table along with their specific date and time.

      Prerequisites

      • To access Table Features, the applicable Operator Privileges   will need to be enabled 
        • Operator Maintenance 'Till Privileges' Tab
          • General: "Operate Tills" Flag
          • Tables: "Table Sales" Flag

      User Guide

      • This Till Function will list all the Products that have been added to the Transaction since the Transaction was initiated
      • The Products sold will be listed along with the Date and Time of when they were sold, the Operator using the Till and the Workstation from which Products were sold

      • This Function does not allow for making any changes in the Transaction
