The interface with the Thirsty Camel Hump Club lets customers redeem their "MyOffers" in SmartPOS so that transactions don't need to be double handled in both systems
This feature-set and functionality requires setup in BackOffice of multiple components including a Till Extension, Transaction Queue, and Till Functions
Depending on configurations, Hump Club Accounts can be matched to Bepoz Accounts or New Accounts can be created
After an Account is linked, 'MyOffers' from Hump Club can be applied either automatically or manually
Lastly, Products will be sold at correct Pricing based on MyOffers and the Discounts applied can be added the desired Discount Totalizers for reporting purposes

Prerequisites

Minimum Bepoz version of 4.6 is required for this functionality
To access and configure Thirsty Camel Settings, the following Operator Privileges will need to be enabled:

Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab

System Setup: "Access Venue, Stores & Tills" Flag
System Setup: "Maintain Venue Stores & Tills" Flag
System Setup: "Maintain Till Function Maps" Flag

To be able access SmartPOS and use the Thirsty Camel Till Functions, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled:

Operator Maintenance 'Till Privileges' Tab

General: "Operator Tills" Flag

Additional privilege flag/s may need to be enabled if these particular Till Functions are configured to required a 'Till Button Privilege" which are number 1-7

Additionally, the SmartPOS workstation being used will need to have a Till Function Map assigned to it with the Till Function buttons configured and on a panel that is accessible to the Operator

BackOffice Setup

Configuration of the Thirsty Camel Hump Club interface should begin with adding an Account Custom Flag to the system which will be used as the Custom Field Prefix and allows for mapping and sending only the valid Hump Club transactions to the Thirsty Camel Server

The Custom Field Prefix will then be defined within the Till Extension and Transaction Queue Devices

Next, a "Thirsty Camel" Till Extension Device will need to be added and configured

After being configured and added to a Till, the Till Extension facilitates communication between the Thirsty Camel Hump Club database and the local Bepoz Database

Additionally, a Transaction Queue will need to be created and configured which will be used to send Thirsty Camel the Transaction information as well as confirmation that the MyOffers have been redeemed
Also, an "Account Offers Till Extension" Till Function will need to be added which provides Operators with a keypad for entering a Hump Club Account member's mobile number

When entered, the function will retrieve a list of relevant Hump Club offers on SmartPOS

Lastly, another Till Function called "Account Search Till Extension" will also need to be added

SmartPOS Functionality

Within SmartPOS, the Hump Club Offer Search Till Function button allows to search for relevant offers for a Hump Club member

Clicking on the 'Hump Club Offer' Till function button will prompt to enter a mobile number
Enter mobile number and click OK which will retrieve a list of relevant Thirsty Camel Promotions

Operators can then select a desired promotion and click the 'Select' which will apply the promotion to the transaction
