      3 | Till Summaries "Standard" View

      This article explains Standard View Type for Till Summaries Reports in Bepoz BackOffice. The _Standard View consists of all the data related to Till Transactions. These data include Quantity Transaction, Gross Sales, Total Discount, Nett Total, % of NettTotal, Cost of Sales, Profit Amt, Profit % and Date Time Last Trans.

      This article explains Standard View Type for Till Summaries Reports in Bepoz BackOffice.

      The _Standard View consists of all the data related to Till Transactions. These data include Quantity Transaction, Gross Sales, Total Discount, Nett Total, % of NettTotal, Cost of Sales, Profit Amt, Profit % and Date Time Last Trans.

      Prerequisites 
      • To access Till Summary features, the applicable Operator Privileges   will need to be enabled 
        • Operator Maintenance 'Reporting' Tab
          • Sales Reports: "Allow Cash Reports" Flag
      View Explained
      • To access this view, select the '_Standard View' option from the View Drop Down
      • The default Standard view for Till Summaries Report includes following columns:

       

      Column

      Description
      Name
      • This column displays the Name of the Till
      Qty Transactions
      • This column displays the total Number of transactions made from the Till
      Gross Sales
      • This column displays the Gross Sale of the Till; i.e., the overall sales without any adjustments
      Total Discount
      • This column displays the total discounts given from till; i.e., the total of all the discount amount given
      Nett Total
      • This column displays the Gross sales  minus the deductions
      • I.e., Nett Total = Gross Total - Discounts and Returns
      % of NettTotal
      • This column displays what percentage of the Nett Total Sales is done from the Till
      • I.e., % of Nett Total = (Nett Total of specific Till/ Nett Total of the venue) X 100% 
      Cost of Sales
      • This column shows the Total Cost Price of the products sold
      ProfitAmt
      • This column shows the overall profit amount from the sales
      • I.e., Profit Amount = Nett Total Sales- Cost of Sales
      Profit%
      • This displays the Profit in percentage
      • I.e., Profit % = (Profit Amount/ Nett Total Sales) X 100%
      DateTime Last Trans. 
      • This column displays the Date and Time of the last transaction occurred in the Till
