      This article explains the Tips view of the Till Summaries Report.

      This article explains the Tips view of the Till Summaries Report. Prerequisites
      • To access Till Summary features, the applicable Operator Privileges   will need to be enabled 
        • Operator Maintenance 'Reporting' Tab
          • Sales Reports: "Allow Cash Reports" Flag
      View Explained
      • This View includes following columns:

       

      Field

      Description
      Name
      • This column shows the name of the Workstation or Till
      Nett Total
      • This column shows the Nett Total Sales in the given Time Period
      Cash Sales
      • This column shows the Cash Sales made through the Till in the given Time Period
      Card Sales
      • This column shows the Card Sales made through the Till in the given Time Period
      Tips Card
      • This column shows the Tips given by customers via Card 
      Tips Cash Calc
      • This column shows the total calculated cash tips
      Tips Total
      • This columns shows the Total Tips
      • i.e. Tips Card + Tips Cash
      Tip Split 1
      • This shows the first split amount of the Total Tips 
      • The percentage of split can be set through Venue Maintenance > Tip Reporting section

       

       
      Tip Split 2
      • This shows the second split amount of the Total Tips 
      Tip Split 3
      • This shows the third split amount of the Total Tips 
      Tip Split 4
      • This shows the fourth split amount of the Total Tips 
      Tip Split 5
      • This shows the fifth split amount of the Total Tips
      Tip Remainder
      • This shows the amount remained after splitting the tips according to their percentage
