The Toggle Table Hold Fire Products function toggles the following entered Products to be Hold & Fire, i.e., after the Function button is initially selected (toggled on) Products added to the Transaction will be Held from Printing until the Function button is selected again (toggled off).

Prerequisites 

• To access Till Function Settings, the applicable Operator Privileges   will need to be enabled 
• Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab
  
• System Setup: "Maintain Till Function Maps" Flag

Initial Set-Up

• Click on the desired Button space and then configure the Button Settings:
• In the Button Text field enter the text that will display on the Till Function Button on SmartPOS Workstation screens
  
• Set the Function drop-down to 'Tables & Accounts'
  
• Set the Sub-Function to 'Toggle Table Hold Fire Products'

Function-Specific Configuration Options

• Enter the corresponding number into the Item field where:
• "0" will Set the following Products to Hold and Fire by Product Sort as configured in Venue Maintenance
• I.e., an Operator can toggle the button on and the following Products entered will only be Held if their Product Sort is one of the Products Sorts configured to be Held in the Hold And Fire section in Venue Maintenance
  
• Alternatively, "1" will Set All of the following Products to Hold And Fire regardless of Product Sort
