5 | Troubleshooting

(1) When the app is loading for long time ( 1 min) and no response, please do the following: (IPad) Double-tap the Home button and close the Merchant app by using your finger to swipe the app window up toward the top of the screen.

(1) When the app is loading for long time (>1 min) and no response, please do the following: 

  • (IPad) Double-tap the Home button and close the Merchant app by using your finger to swipe the app window up toward the top of the screen. Press the Home button one more time to go back to the main screen and tap on the Merchant App icon again. 
  • (Android) Tap the Overview button (square icon with two overlapping rectangles) at the bottom of the screen. Swipe up or down the Merchant App window (or on some Androids, swipe left or right) to close it. Press the Home button (circle icon in general) and tap on the Merchant App icon again. 

(2) Unable to login to the Merchant app 

  • Make sure the user is registered in the user list in the YourOrder Admin Backpanel and the user role is set to “STAFF”. Then, go to Settings -> Service App -> “Users” tab and check that the user is listed in the table. If not, need to select the user in the “Add new user” field and save to provide access to that user.
