      About

        • Utopia is one of the Gaming Interfaces that Bepoz is integrated with
          • The Utopia Gaming interface has a feature to create/update member accounts based on their defined tier level
          • The gaming interface can also retrieve Member Accounts and redeem points
        • The Utopia Gaming Interface requires setup in BackOffice and configure the CALink to communicate with the gaming system
        • The Utopia Gaming interface is supported from Bepoz v4.6.2.6 & above
        • Utopia Gaming interface does not support Multiple point buckets

        Prerequisites

        • For an operator to be able to setup Utopia Gaming Interface, the following privileges must be enabled 
          • Venue Maintenance "Main" Tab (General Settings)
            • All "System Setup" Flags
          • Operator Maintenance 'General' Tab  
            • System Setup: "Access Venue, Stores & Tills" Flag
            • System Setup: "Maintain Venue, Stores & Tills" Flag
            • System Setup: 'Maintain Card Prefixes'
          • Operator Maintenance 'Maintenance' Tab  
            • Accounts & Memberships: 'All' Flags
          • Operator Maintenance 'Till Privileges' Tab  
            • Enable General: "Operate Tills" Flag

          Key Features

          CALink Setup

          • The CALink setup must be completed to connect to the Utopia Gaming System so that Operators can create/retrieve the Member Account details and redeem their Points from SmartPOS

          BackOffice Setup

          • Configure Venue Maintenance by providing the CALink details to connect to Utopia gaming system and set the Points Earn Percentage and Points Redeem Percentage values
          • Within Till Maintenance, enable the CALink flag under Till Flags so Operators can use this feature at SmartPOS
          • At Account Maintenance, enable Earn Points, Redeem Points, Use CALink for Points flags and set the value for Earn Points, Redeem Points to 100.00%
          • Setup the Card Prefixes for Utopia Gaming Interface
          • For Utopia Gaming Interface SmartPOS usage, the till function button required to be configured is,
            • Redeem Points for CashValue
