      Voucher Start Date

       
      Possible Uses
      • Setting a Start Type can be useful when a fix schedule is not applicable but you would like to have control over when a Voucher can be redeemed this will commonly be used when issuing vouchers from SmartPOS or via the API
      • Below are the settings to issue a voucher from SmartPOS using the Till Functions

      • Within Voucher Setup there is a new option to set a Voucher Start Type

      • Start Type options are:
        • None - This is the default option
        • Exact Date
        • Number Of Days
        • Number Of Hours
        • Number Of Minutes
        • Number Of Months
        • Number Of Months
        • Number Of Weeks
        • Number Of Years
        • Today Only
      • Below is an example of a voucher that cant be redeemed on the same day as it was issued

      • This example shows a voucher that cant be redeemed until after the 01 Jan 2017
      • This is an alternative to setting a schedule on the voucher
