      4 | Vouchers Given Data Explained

      The "View Vouchers Issued" or "Vouchers Given" Report displays a list of all the Vouchers Issued for Account-based and Non-Account-based transactions. It allows operators to analyze the cost related to vouchers and the voucher-use pattern of customers.

      The "View Vouchers Issued" or "Vouchers Given" Report displays a list of all the Vouchers Issued for Account-based and Non-Account-based transactions. It allows operators to analyze the cost related to vouchers and the voucher-use pattern of customers.

      Prerequisites 
      • To access Vouchers Data, the applicable Operator Privileges will need to be enabled 
        • Operator Maintenance 'Reporting' Tab
          • Sales Reports: "Allow Marketing Reports" Flag
      "_Standard" View
      • The Standard View of the Vouchers Given Report consists of the following data columns by default:

       

       

      Column Heading

      Data Description
      Issued Date
      • This column displays the Date on which the Voucher was Issued
      Voucher Name
      • This column displays the Name of the Voucher
      LookUp
      • This column displays the LookUp ID of the Voucher
      • The LookUp ID can be a code to search for the Voucher in the system
      Stop Redeems
      • This column displays if the Voucher cannot be redeemed any longer
      • This column will display True( If the Voucher cannot be redeemed) or False (if the voucher redeem is still active) Variables
      Unlimited Use
      • This column displays if the voucher can be used multiple numbers of times
      • This column will also display True (unlimited use) or False Variables
      Amount Issued
      • This column displays the Total Monetary Value of the issued voucher
      Amount Left
      • This column displays the Amount that is yet to be Redeemed through the voucher by the customer
      Used Count
      • This column displays the number of times the voucher has been used to get discounts
      Used Value
      • This column displays the value or amount of the voucher that has been used by the customer 
      Date Expiry
      • This column displays the Date and Time on which the Voucher will expire and cannot be used after
      Last Used Date
      • This column displays the Date and Time on which the voucher was used last time
      Account Number
      • This column displays the Account Number  of the account holder for whom the Voucher was issued
      • This column is generally useful for Account based Transaction
