      2 | Xero Integration Setup (OAuth 2.0)

      Summary This guide will show you the step in to configure Xero OAuth 2.0, using the new DLL"Accint45.dll" OAuth 1.0 has been officially deprecated as of April 20, 2012. It will continue to work as per our deprecation policy, but we encourage you to migrate to OAuth 2.0 as soon as possible.

      OAuth 1.0 has been officially deprecated as of April 20, 2012. It will continue to work as per our deprecation policy, but we encourage you to migrate to OAuth 2.0 as soon as possible.

      Prerequisites​​​​​​​

      • Bepoz 4.6.1.22+
      • Access to the Xero Developer developer.xero.com


      Xero Developer My Apps Setup



      Add a New App

      • Name the App
      • Mobile or desktop app
      • Company or application URL - must be valid 
      • OAuth 2.0 redirect URIs - http://localhost:27691/
      • I have read and agree to the Terms - Checked
      • Create App
      • Save
      • Copy the Client id



      BackOffice Setup

      • System Setup - Navigate to Venue Stores and Tills
      • Edit or Add a New Device 
      • Device Type - Accounting Link​​​​​​​
      • External DLL Name - Accint45.Dll
      • Calls Name - Xero



      Request Auth Token

      • Click on Check Settings
      • Paste your Client ID
      • Request Auth Token
      • Allow Access
      • Access Code Received 


      Xero Settings

      • Navigate to Xero Settings
      • Check existing Setting or Sync Account, Suppliers and Customers
