The app serves as a control and communications center that enables the venue to ensure orders are fulfilled and customer satisfaction is met.

Introduction

The Your Order Merchant App is a powerful service management application designed to assist staff with the coordination of online orders from the YourOrder platform. The app serves as a control and communications center that enables the venue to ensure orders are fulfilled and customer satisfaction is met.  

Through the app, users can do the following actions:  

  • Activate or deactivate online ordering for the venue as a whole 
  • Start or stop specific services, such as dine in or takeout, depending on the venue’s needs 
  • View, search, and move orders through different statuses such as Preparing, End Route/Ready to Collect, or Delivered/Collected. 
  • Manage wait and order times 
  • Notify patrons on the progress of their order by sending an SMS or email as the order changes from being received to being ready for pick up or delivery 
  • Process item or whole transaction refunds 

Through the app, the venue will have an easier time managing their online orders.

Initial Setup and Login

 

  The ‘YO Merchant 2’ app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.  
  Once you open the app, you will be asked to enter a license key and then your login credentials. The license key is generated by the Bepoz Team. If you do not have a license key, please contact our Sales team for more assistance. 
 

After entering the license key, you will be asked for an email and password. If you already have access to the Your Order Admin Backpanel, you can use the same credentials. If you do not know your credentials, please speak with a member of the YourOrder team. 

 

Note: If you’re using the app on a replacement tablet or a Merchant App tablet from another venue, make sure to Tap on “Update License Key” to enter the correct license key for the venue. 

This will also update our system’s authorized devices list. 

Orders Board

Once you are logged in, the first page you will see is the Orders Board. This board is displayed in four columns: 

 

SCHEDULED ORDERS  PREPARING  EN ROUTE / READY TO SERVER / READY TO COLLECT / READY TO DELIVER  DELIVERED / SERVED / COLLECTED 

Column definitions: 

SCHEDULED ORDERS 

Displays future orders. 

 

Once it’s time to start preparing an order, it will be automatically moved to the ‘Preparing’ column. 

PREPARING 

Displays orders that are being made, cooked, assembled and/or packaged. 

EN ROUTE / READY TO SERVER / READY TO COLLECT / READY TO DELIVER
