YourOrder : Oolio Payment setup in YourOrder V1.1

Overview

Procedure:

How long take time to process? 15 minutes to setup and 5 minutes to provide details to Oolio KYC team.

Steps:

  1. Salesperson sends the Oolio merchant account to KYC team (kyc@oolio.com) after contract is signed. Need to mention this is for YourOrder Ecomm (normal YourOrder) and/or YourOrder Kiosk.

  1. YourOrder dev team needs to create new instance by ticket requested from ConnectWise Project workplan.

  1. Oolio KYC team will email/message to YourOrder installer and/or Implementation manager to request TWO URLs information.

YO implementation team -> KYC team

·         Venue Front End URL including “https” e.g., https://xxxxx.yourorder.io

·         LIVE Webhook Ecom and/or Kiosk URL (Depending on they are using both features or not).
This URL is located on YO Back panel -> Setting -> Payment Gateway -> Oolio Payment Tab -> Online Payment (ECOMM)/Kiosk -> Production Settings (See red box in below picture)

**NOTE: For Ecom, it is only ONE Webhook URL; For kiosk, it has THREE webhook URLs need to provide to OOLIO KYC TEAM.

  1. KYC team will use these URLs to create Merchant account and keys, they will also setup APPLE and GOOGLE PAY as well. They will ADD these details into LastPass.

Oolio Payment KYC team will provide this information to YO installer in LastPass by Venue:

·         LIVE API Key

·         LIVE Client Key

·         LIVE Merchant Account Name

·         ** LIVE Store ID (Only using for Oolio Advance, If KYC team does not provide, Leave it EMPTY)

·         LIVE Webhook Username

·         LIVE Webhook password

·         LIVE Webhook HMAC key

YourOrder Back panel:

Go to Oolio payment under Payment gateway section of setting area,

  1. General Setting

·         Select Credit Card Gateway – Change Stripe -> “Oolio Payment”

In Processing fee section, you need to talk to manager or owner to see they want to pass the Card Processing/handling fee to their end user or not. If yes, need to enable processing fee and put the % of processing fee. Left side is for Ecom (online order); Right side for YourOrder Kiosk (need to setup if using YO kiosk feature)

  1. it has NEW field and is called

“Use Oolio Advance.” If you see LIVE Store ID provided from KYC team, you need to turn it ON. Otherwise, leave it “OFF” by default. 

  1. In same Main setting tab, need to change the “

Business name” and “Store/venue name” two fields, don’t use default “bepoz and Oolio”, if it is Single venue, put the business and store name is SAME name; If it is Multivenue, need to put business group name and individual venue name, e.g. business name: Dosa Hut and venue name: Clayton

  1. In Production Setting, needs to put these keys and values in YourOrder Production Setting of Oolio Payment section. 

Note: NO NEED TO PRESS ANY BUTTON in Auto Setting anymore

In Test Setting, you need to click each button in Auto settings. (DON’T CHANGE any field in Test section)

NOTE: 

Cannot use Apple and Google pay in Oolio Test mode

Oolio Test card is 5555 4444 3333 1111 Exp 03/30 CVV 737

Before going live, turn OFF “Test mode” in online payment and ask customer to pay by Real credit card for testing. They can use YourOrder merchant app to do refund. 

Suggestion: Repricing one of YourOrder product to $0.10 during Real credit card testing. If any issue, they will only lose $0.10. Do not forget to change the price back to normal price.
