Overview
Bepoz has released new features and improvements to our online ordering platform
YourOrder. Improvements include a new frontend interface for an easier and more intuitive
guest experience. We’ve added the ability to have customised member promotions and
pricing with the ability for members to also earn and redeem loyalty points. Multiple menu
management is now a key new feature providing options for individual breakfast, lunch and
dinner menus customised by date and time. Added to our improvements is the ability to auto
close transactions from YourOrder to Bepoz POS if fully paid.
What’s New
New customer facing interface for desktop and mobile versions.
Opening times for each order type will be displayed on the main screen.
Category images can now be set.
Single sign-in for multi-venue sites or single sites with multiple instances, and MyPlace App with YourOrder extension.
Earn and redeem member points. (Bepoz v4.6.1.x & above)
Account charge options for signed-in members.
Bepoz member account discount based on price level, Account price policy and Product price promotion.
Members pricing set based on transaction types - pickup, delivery or dine-in areas.
Bepoz product price promotion now passed to YourOrder (Minimum version requirement 4.6.1.x & above).
Interchangeable menus can now be activated by scheduled days and times i.e., breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Bepoz discount totaliser can be set in YourOrder coupon section for improved reporting in
Bepoz (Minimum version requirement 4.6.1.x & above).
Support full refund from Merchant app V2 (Minimum version requirement 4.6.1.x & above). It is available in App store and Google play store.
Imperial system for distance measurement.
Start month of the year setting is now available for countries with a different financial year period.
Option to hide currency symbol.
Additional information field is now available in YourOrder back panel, Content will be included in the order invoice.
(New Zealand Only) ZBN field will be displayed in the back panel if the country is set as NZ.
Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel integration.
Error message flag sent to Merchant App when Your Order fails to export orders to Bepoz.
Auto-close table in Bepoz options for different types of orders. Venue’s Staff don’t need to close orders in Bepoz individually.
Ability to add fix dollar amount to Stripe processing fee on top of the % surcharge.
Group Ordering - Orders from multiple users who are sitting at the same table can be printed on the same kitchen docket. (Bepoz v4.6.1.x & above).
Supporting YO Merchant 2 with new features such as zero delay SMS and refund.
Product status in Bepoz will be reflected in YourOrder. Inactive in Bepoz will be equal to inactive in YourOrder.
Public surcharge feature added in each Ordering type function. This surcharge feature is toggled manually by ON/OFF button.

What's Improved
Member's Account Point and Balance fields have been added in the users’ page.
Delivery travel time field will be hidden when Google API flag is ON.

Products set to inactive in Bepoz will be reflected in YourOrder.
Order ahead schedule time will automatically go to the next available date & time.
User doesn't need to click on "Credit Card" button before displaying Apple Pay/Google Pay option.
The venue phone number will be shown in the error message pop up when the user is unable to complete a transaction.
Each modifier in the shopping cart will be displayed on its own row with quantity & price.
Confirmation message pops up if a table change happens when there's an item in the shopping cart.
Upon check out, user by default will be requested to log in with their current sign in.
Guest sign-in remains for 8 hours from the completed first order. For dine-in table number will
remain for 3 hours after the first transaction.
Checkout as a guest for dine-in now has the options to collect name, mobile or email.
Stripe version updated to support Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for any European customer
