Teach how to reset password for end user, venue staff and support team
Symptoms
It cannot sign in with incorrect password
forget password
Hints
For End User, it can use "Forget password" option in sign in page
For Staff or Support Team, it can use "I forgot my password" option in Backpanel sign in page.
Procedure
End User:
In Front end page, it has "forget password" option in Sign in page. Click this option and enter valid email address and it will send the reset password link to reset password.
For Staff,
In Admin panel page, It has "I forgot my password" option in sign in page. Click this option and enter valid email address and it will send the reset password link to reset password.
For Support team,
Try to use Staff option to reset password. If it is still not working, please search "YourOrder Master" in Lastpass and it will provide default password to access Backpanel. After login, please to go user list to enter new password of problem account.
