Overview
From version 2.7.4, YourOrder can now process vouchers and gift certificates issued from Bepoz.
Requirements
Bepoz version must be 4.7.2.8 or higher
Voucher types supported are
Item Discount (discount or amount) by sort or type
Product Promo
Multibuy
Gift Certificate
Setup
In the Backpanel, go to Settings>Bepoz.
Look for the Use Bepoz Vouchers flag and set to On.
The additional flag Manual Voucher Entry can allow customers to enter the voucher lookup number manually to redeem the voucher.
For gift certificates, look for the Enable Gift Certificate flag to switch on.
As always, don't forget to click the green tick mark to save the changes.
Redemption
At the Checkout screen, the Apply Voucher section and Gift Certificate options should now be available.
If the customer signed in to YourOrder with his or her Bepoz account, the system would look for active applicable vouchers that are assigned to the account.
In case the customer does not have a Bepoz account but has a Bepoz voucher, there is the option to enter the lookup number manually to redeem the voucher.
Click on the plus sign to go to the manual entry screen.
If there are multiple vouchers available, the system can only redeem one voucher so the customer must choose which voucher to redeem.
